CHBC: CebuCon 2026 highlights new items

Cebu Home and Builders continues to innovate and bring new products to the forefront of their lineup of bath and finishing products. Unveiling a new line of products for consumer and commercial projects at CebuCon 2026 last June 4-7, 2026, these items range from new smart toilet to the unveiling of innovative wall coverings.

COOL introduces their newest smart toilet. The Blaise is the latest in the line of their intelligent toilets. Featuring no PSI requirement, making it easier to adapt in a wide variety of bathrooms, and uses an internal flushing mechanism to facilitate proper waste disposal in any situation. It’s Dual Cleaning Technology uses a double flushing system to ensure the bowl stays clean and also ensures waste goes down the drain as well and is also low noise, ensuring a more discreet flushing. With its thrust for hygiene and sanitation, it also has antibacterial materials used in its construction, with its seat ring and nozzle maintaining an antibacterial rate of 99.9% along with a deodoriser and built in plasma air sanitizer. And not only is it antibacterial, it incorporates an ergonomic design to ensure maximum comfort and a splash proof foaming mechanism to clean yourself. It also features an automatic seat cover and a foot sensor to conveniently open and flush the toilet. Along with night lights and an LED display for proper visibility in the dark. And that’s not all, it is energy saving rated and has water saving mechanisms as well to ensure minimal use of energy and water to save our environment.

But that’s not the only thing COOL has to offer this CebuCon.

The brand also introduces a new hanging toilet series named, Earl. Along with a series of concrete bath accessories such as a towel bar and shelves and a new shower niche module. And a new triple function faucet, the Kesler. A sensor powered faucet with a soap dispenser and an air dryer, a complete three in one module.

On the other end, there are a new series of wall coverings that are under the Cebu Home and Builder’s home brands.

Featuring an assortment of in house brands and their products such as ResiLuxe, the premiere Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) with a UV coating to ensure protection against fading, to LUXA Board, the new SPC and WPC panels and LUXE Stone Flexistone and Mineral board. Along with new designs in large format tiles from LUXE XL and new tile designs from COTTO, El Molino, and Capucino and more.

But that’s not all, a sneak peek of the newest line from the company, introducing R&L. Refined Luxury, a sneak peek at the new high end brand to join the CHBC family.
