Builders Discount Card Membership

1. With a minimum purchase of PHP 10,000 in single or accumulated receipts within the past 6 months, customers can avail of the Builders Discount Card for only PHP 150.00.
2. Membership is valid for (2) years from the date of application and is non-transferable but renewable for PHP 150.00. The expired card must be surrendered upon renewal.
3. For lost/damaged cards, the replacement fee is PHP 300.00.

CHBC Builders Discount Card Benefits

1. No Builders Discount Card, no discount; customers must present the CHBC-Builders Discount upon purchase at any Cebu Home and Builders Centre and Living n’ Style stores.
2. Card members are entitled to avail instant 5% up to 10% discounts on selected regular-priced items.
3. Card members are entitled to avail of a 2% discount on all consigned items.
4. Card members are entitled to avail of items excluded from discounts, such as selected local products, air conditioners, metal frames, cement, sand & gravel, nails, deformed bar, wrought iron, scrap/bar end, paints, boards, and discounted/promotional items offered by CHBC.
