Defective items can only be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Our delivery service operates on a scheduled basis. We offer free delivery within selected areas of Cebu City and Mandaue City with a minimum purchase of P20,000. Delivery takes 3-5 days upon payment confirmation. Also, we’ve partnered with 3rd party delivery LALAMOVE, simply reach out to our customer care team and we’ll arrange a booking for you.
