A CHANGE OF MIND DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU TO AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND. ONLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIS STORE MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED, AND DEFECTS CAUSED BY MISHANDLING ON THE BUYER’S PART ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

WE WILL ACCOMODATE RETURNS OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BASED ON THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIED PERIOD, BUT WITH CORRESPONDING CHARGES TO COVER THE COST OF SALES TAX & EXPENSES, DELIVERY COST, ETC.
TO EXPEDITE YOUR TRANSACTION PLEASE PRESENT YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE (INVOICE, DELIVERY RECEIPT, POS RECEIPT).

1-7 DAYS NO DEDUCTION 8-15 DAYS 3% ON ALL ITEMS - EXCLUDING TILES & SANITARY WARES 16-30 DAYS 10% ON ALL ITEMS - EXCLUDING TILES & SANITARY WARES 31-60 DAYS 15% ON ALL ITEMS - BEYOND 60 DAYS 10% ON TILES AND SANITARY WARES, with penalty charges applied in the succeeding months. PAINTS AND CHEMICALS RETURNED BEYOND 30 DAYS WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED DUE TO THEIR SHORT SHELF LIFE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS OF ALL CUSTOMIZED ITEMS, such as cut products, mixed paints, and indent orders. Items marked as clearance or phased-out are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items sold per box must be returned in their complete original packaging.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE SPECIFIED CONDITIONS. A CUSTOMER CREDIT MEMO WILL BE ISSUED, VALID FOR ONE (1) YEAR AT ANY CHBC BRANCH. LOST CREDIT MEMOS CANNOT BE REPLACED.
